Service turn around dates are approximate and could be longer or shorter based on agency staff timelines and availability. Timelines are generally 60-180 days. Permit drawings are for environmental permitting purposes only and not for use for building permits or engineering. Mitigation bank credits and agency permitting fees will be a separate cost to be paid by the client requesting services. Refunds will only be issued if the agency denies the permit request. Due to contract restrictions, no projects located in Santa Rosa County, Florida will be accepted.
